Oral lesions that looks like this is most likely an inflammatory proliferation of tissue called an eosinophilic ulcer. The physical characteristics of this lesion could also be consistent with a chemical or electrical burn, or oral ulcers caused by systemic toxicity from underlying kidney failure.
