I have a 4 year old pitbull/chow furbaby, who I think is either stressed/depressed/etc, possibly worms.

She all of a sudden about two weeks ago started losing a lot of her hair, she itches her butt, sides, and neck. She doesn’t eat as much as she usually does. She looks sad all the time. Sleeps a bit more than usual. She hasn’t went potty much at all lately. She does drink water, enough. She wants and will beg for human food(normal for her.) She barks a lot more than usual.
But here’s the thing, she’s active, she’ll get excited to go outside, she’ll play with me. She seems normal when I’m up and about, except for all those symptoms I listed. She guards her food a lot more than she eats. She eats maybe once a day, but not a full amount, just a couple bites. I am very worried about her. Please let me know what I should do. Homeopathic remedies would be great until I can get her into a hospital.
