Lipoma Cat 10- Years

This mass is an example of a lipoma, a benign (not cancerous) mass that is occassionally seen in cats. They can appear anywhere on the body and grow from the fat just beneath the skin known as the subcutaneous space in middle aged to older cats.     My cats name is Monday and he’s 11 years of age. He’s very sick and I’m very scared for him. He’s an all black ,short hatred cat. Never goes outside, but now he has a large mass on his side and numerous of tumors throughout his body. He cannot move his bowels nor urinate. His appetite is very thin and he has loss a lot of weight. Can you Pease help me on what I should do for him.
